Freestone Management Team
John Condit
John Condit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He leads Freestone Management as well as Freestone Development. John has been in the multifamily industry since 1983, beginning in property management. During his career, he has developed or redeveloped over 30,000 units with the last development platform being Vantage Communities, where he and his partners developed over 10,000 Class A units in thirty-seven separate developments. John has been a Board Member of the National Affordable Housing Association; a Board Member and past Chairman of the Affordable Housing Task Force for the Texas Apartment Association; a past President of the San Antonio Apartment Association; and was appointed in 1998 by Texas Governor George W. Bush to the Governor’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
Christopher Condit
Christopher Condit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and has a passion for optimizing operations in the multifamily real estate sector. He brings a wealth of expertise to Freestone Management as its Vice President as well as a Partner in Freestone Development, including experience working for general contractors, property managers, as well as in the financial sector of the industry. Christopher oversees day-to-day operations, optimizing property performance and implementing innovative solutions. Known for a hands-on approach, he fosters a growth-oriented culture, building high-performing teams that exceed expectations.
Cailey Carson
Cailey Carson has excelled through multiple positions in the property management business in the past 7 years. During this time, she built lease-up communities from the ground up on 10 different assets in 3 different states, forging relationships with a variety of individuals and municipalities. Cailey is skilled in implementing occupancy and revenue goals, while also promoting a positive team atmosphere. She understands the importance of marketing communities to prospective residents while also maintaining unmatched resident relations. She has also built multiple training materials and programs to make leasing teams run efficiently and effectively.
